We serve both construction professionals and homeowners in our offices, showrooms, and hardware store.

Responsibilities:
nnEngage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to assist with questions and purchasesnContribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing storenPlay a pivotal role in ensuring a positive shopping experience restocking inventory and arranging product displaysnProvide valuable support by answering phone inquiries promptly and efficientlynEffectively communicating customer orders with outside staff as needed so that they can prepare the order for pick-upnHelping to coordinate the ordering and delivering of products to customers and job sitesnn nn
Qualifications:
nnExceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer servicenProficiency in operating the company&s;s computer point of sale system, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant softwarenA collaborative team player who communicates effectively with colleagues and customersnEnthusiasm for maintaining a clean and inviting store environmentnn nn
