The selected candidate will have the choice of working full-time or regular time (32 hours per week).
The schedule is Monday - Friday 9a-5p with extreme flexibility.
No HR experience is required.
An ideal candidate will posses at least 4 months experience working in an office environment and will be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and at least somewhat familiar with Google Sheets and Google Drive and also comfortable working constantly on a computer and cell phone.

DUTIES 1.
Meet and exceed hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
2.
Draft recruitment advertising and serve as a liaison with community organizations.
3.
Manage internal job openings and coordinate with operations management to ensure that staffing needs are achieved.
4.
Actively promote the Employee Referral Program and other initiatives.
5.
Assist with processing pre-employments.
6.
Helps maintain records for employees, compiles reports, and acts as a backup for others within the department.
REQUIREMENTS 1.
High level of proficiency working on a PC and cell phone is required 2.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and average typing speed of at least 35 WPM required 3.
Must be extremely outgoing and upbeat 4.
A minimum of 4 months experience working in an office or similar environment is required 5.
Manage multiple tasks and projects 6.
In order to be hired for this role, a candidate must pass a rigorous reference check of former employers.
7.
