Summary:
Elliott Oil Company is currently seeking an Assistant C-Store Manager who will support the C-Store Manager in the daily operations of the convenience store.
The Assistant C-Store Manager will supervise employees, provide exceptional customer service, and help carry out the directives of the Store Manager and Elliott Oil Company.
Assistant C-Store Manager Responsibilities and duties (what you'll do):
? Supervise and direct activities of other store employees o Including training and ensuring compliance with required regulations and requirements ? Ensure that there is excellent customer service o Provide courteous and prompt resolution of employee and/or customer issues ? Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager ? Maintain inventory and stock levels ? Merchandising and stocking product ? Ensure high level of cleanliness ? Perform computer entry and paperwork o Proper entry of invoices into system Assistant C-Store Manager Qualifications and skills (what we're looking for):
? High school diploma or GED required ? Prior retail experience, one year experience supervising in a retail operation preferred ? Strong interpersonal skills About Elliott Oil Company Elliott Oil Company is a family-owned company that began in 1961 in Ottumwa, IA.
